Ann Rauvola Bailey
With over three decades of church consultation and fund raising experience, Ann Rauvola Bailey has served as a certified church business administrator, an executive staff member relating to Stewardship Ministries for three national church bodies and an independent consultant and fund raiser for denominations, agencies and congregations.
In 1989, Ms. Bailey founded Kairos and was its CEO until the fall of 2007. Currently, Ann serves as the national Executive Consultant with Kairos, specializing in strategic processes, leadership advancement, communication/marketing plans, transformational stewardship and innovative capital fund programs. She is an expert on developing major gifts.
