Jerry Hoffman
Jerry Hoffman joins Kairos after years of rewarding experience as a parish pastor and stewardship leader. He was instrumental in founding the Center for Stewardship Leaders at Luther Seminary and served as its Director for four years. In that capacity he endeavored to equip competent stewardship leaders for the Christian Church. From 2001 through 2010, he gathered extensive stewardship resources for the Luther Seminary website, "Stewardship for the 21st Century." Jerry helped develop the Financial Stewardship Coaching Ministry for seminarians at Luther Seminary and through the Stewardship of Life Institute is working toward having that ministry present at all ELCA seminaries. As a Kairos consultant Jerry brings expertise in the areas of capital and annual stewardship development, clergy coaching and governance counsel.
