Kristin Wiersma
Kristin brings more than 15 years of experience in church and non-profit communications strategy and organizational leadership, much of it around articulation of mission and fund development. She is a communications resource for congregations and church related non-profits nationally, providing assessment, strategy planning, training and implementation in a variety of mediums (print, web, email, social media, video/audio, events). Kristin is married to a pastor which has afforded her a lifetime of opportunity for congregational involvement and leadership. Kristin's passion is helping congregations clearly articulate stories of God's activity that invite engagement and deepening of faith. She owns Seraphim Communications, Inc., a communications consulting and media production firm. Extensive work with leaders of congregations and non-profits in resource development and communications strategies led her to join Kairos in Fall 2010.
