Kairos was founded in 1989 as a Christian resource development firm under the leadership of Ann Rauvola Bailey. We’ve worked with hundreds of congregations and institutions across the country.
Our specialized capital funding consulting alone has generated over one-half billion dollars in support of church facilities and expansions. Our annual funding program has innovatively addressed the financial support needs for the mission of Christian ministries large and small, from the nation’s most established churches to ivy- trimmed colleges.
