Congregational Vision and Values Assessment
Having a clear understanding of your vision and identifying the values that drive your ministry are key to developing an effective ministry plan. Kairos will work with your staff and key ministry leaders to clarify your core values and missional priorities that will be the foundation for your ministry planning development.
Listening and Learning
The purpose of this step is to bring this vision to the larger community to invite input and imagination for how this can be effectively lived out by your congregation. Through various listening opportunities with people in your congregation and those in your community, Kairos will learn where the opportunities and passions are for mission and ministry growth.
Planning and Development
Out of the listening and learning time, Kairos will work with congregational leaders to create an initial plan that will identify and prioritize key areas for growth in ministry, including an achievable implementation strategy.
Implementation and Ongoing Consultation
This step will put in place the necessary leaders, tactics and organization that will put this plan into action. Kairos will continue to stay in relationship to help support, evaluate and move your ministry plan forward.
